Purpose

Corporate Social Responsibility [CSR] is a Company's commitment to operate in an economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable manner while recognizing the interests of all its stakeholders.

Our aim is to be one of the most respected corporate citizens in India, delivering superior and sustainable value to all our customers, business partners, shareholders, and employees.

Objective

• To provide the framework for selection, implementation, governance, management, and monitoring of CSR initiatives and formulation of the annual action plan.
• To adopt Environmentally Sustainable business Practices in the Company and persuade our business partners to adopt similar practices for CSR.
• To simultaneously increase awareness amongst corporates to carry out CSR activities in true spirit for the betterment of society.
• Outline our Board’s vision and approach for undertaking CSR and creating an impact in the communities.

Governance

The CSR Committee consists of the Directors of the Company. CSR programs or projects shall be implemented as per the extant internal governance framework following the approval of the CSR Committee. The CSR Committee shall formulate and recommend an Annual Action Plan in pursuance of the CSR Policy. The CSR Committee shall allocate a budget for each Project/Program and monitor the progress thereof from time to time.

Monitoring & Reporting

The Company shall institute a monitoring mechanism for its CSR programs to ensure that each program has:

• Targets, timelines, and measurable parameters, wherever possible
• A reporting framework that is aligned with the requirements of the legal provisions.
